The exploratory team (white paper) is composed of three members, and was tasked to oversee the following activities:
- Coordinate the overall effort
- Compile a draft white paper.
- Arrange meetings with experts in the field in order to properly scope this effort.
- Plan a campus Workshop to disseminate the progress and recruit the community vision and take on such effort.
